About The Project
Mendelssohn Construction were contracted by MM Developments (TAS) Pty Ltd to Design and Construct 2 x residential luxury home at mount pleasant estate kings meadows. The contract included for high end finishes and fixtures as well as complex and beautifully landscaped gardens.
Mendelssohn Construction were able to provide the services and skills to achieve the scope within the agreed timeframes whilst maintaining a safe work area for all employees and the public. Just some of these services included;
- Design, Build, Subdivide land and Titles
- Install all civil, building and landscaping from inhouse staff
Challenges encountered throughout project were:
- Subdividing a low density residential zoning
- Tight sight access for complex concrete and retaining walls
- Split level homes on a class H2/ P site soil classification
